CAVITE CITY'S FUTURE
The onset of the new millenium would be the start of a new beginning for the City.
When Mayor Encarnacion, putting into place and into motion the necessary 'tools' and 'skills' needed to spur the growth and development of the city he has paved the way for future generations of Caviteños to enjoy the fruits of his foresight.
No matter what Mayor Encarnacion's critics and detractors would say about his leadership, Cavite City is now ready to face tomorrow.
But there are many more tremendous tasks to accomplish. Its access to the sea could make Cavite City a substantial maritime center. Its radiant beauty could entice tourists and the tourist trade a primary revenue-earner and an additionl to the income of the residents. Cavite can attract investors whether domestic or foreign.
Also its increasing population demands an expansion in basic public services. Infrastructure should be a primary concern in order to keep abreast of modern times particularly the advent of the 3rd millenium.
